Fitting WRX Seats

Fitting WRX Seats
Has any one fitted, or know, if early model WRX seats (MY00) fit into an NA8 MX5? I am aware that I may need to adapt them to the runner but I'm more concerned if they physically fit into the car.

I doubt it.
I honestly don't know but seeing as how plentiful they are, I expect someone would have done it and that we would have heard of it. There aren't many seats that are transferable.

Too wide.
A friend who has customised many NA/NB interiors (more than he wishes to count) has tried.
