Did your 91s there come with the non air bag steering wheel? Im looking for the part that goes in the colum to make the horn work on my USA 91 that I put the oem non air bag steering wheel on.
This is the wheel I have on my 91. I think I need the blue part on this rhd non air bag colum to get my horn to work its diffrenent than the one I have.
I just found out my wheel is off a Canadian Miata. Guess I need to check with someone in Canada. But thanks for your help.

Non Air Bag Steering Wheel
No hairbags here until the NB series - from the factory the Oz '89-'93 NA6 had a Momo steering wheel which had a T shaped leather cover over the entire centre & surround of the steering wheel. Sounds like you're after the horn centre piece? I'll see if I can find a photo of ours to give you a better idea or some options.
Here's the Oz NA6 steering wheel & interior:
The leather T shaped cover is removable & if removed reveals the metal spokes with the usual plastic horn centre similar to the one in the top left corner of this pic:

ok - i think i know the kind of bottom of built-in wheel boss horn activation you're reffering to - it's completely different to the Oz delivered type which uses a steering wheel boss similar to the one below, through the centre of which an electrical wire feeds to the horn button on top centre:
