Leather Interior

Gday,
Just got my 2001 MX-5 during the week. Super excited!
It's black with tan leather trim - including seats, part of the steering wheel, parts of the door trim and the carpet is a tan colour also.
Even the cover that goes over the roof when its down is tan. I'm guessing this was a factory option (dealer fitted) when new.
The drivers seat has a minor tear in it and a few creases that will graduate to tears in time.
Been to a few motor trimmers around where I live (SW Syd) and all say that I'm better off doing both seats for colour matching purposes. (I agree)
Some even suggest redoing the whole interior. (not sure if I agree)
I've been quoted up to $2500 for the complete recovering of the seats only.
I'm thinking this is pretty steep, would you guys agree? Can anyone recommend a motor trimmer who produces quality for a reasonable cost? I'm prepared to pay for a good job.
Any thoughts on this would be very helpful.
Thanks,
Villa
