Depends on the insurance Wun. Shannons have a free windsceen replacement once a year which doesn't affect your premium at all. Check to see if your entitled to it

I got mine replaced a little while ago, cost around $200 and is a good quality screen. The guy comes to you and does it like most windscreen places do. I can find the details if your interested.

Strange thing is that Wun would actually ask for a thinner windscreen but he still has an electric antenna in his car and all the heavy heavy carpet and sound deadening. A man of many contradictions

You could always get a standard sceen, then sand it back!
That would be a project that would keep you busy for a day or two.

Get Lightyear to make you a carbon fibre windshield. Leave the weave a bit open so you can (sort of) see through it.
