Hey all,

Just wondering if the silver on the SEs are the same as the silver NBs?

Also, is the SE boot simply the standard NB boot with a spoiler dropped on top, or are they actually a different bootlid.
While it would make sense it's the former, I don't see how the 'lump' in the standard NB boot sits under the spoiler. I ask because I've been considering removing my spoiler as I like the look of the standard boot, but don't think it would have the same look.

Same as NB8B, Sunlight silver


But NOT the same as highlight silver in NB8A.

I am actually asking the same question to myself...

i'm pretty sure they are the same bootlids, just that the spoiler has bigger contours in it to cater for the little bump on the end of the lid.

All the factory NB bootlids are identical. Just check the colour though.
(only one thing I can think of is the CF lids don't have a stop light).

The SE lid with the spoiler may have bigger spring in the hinge also to compensate for the heavier weight of the spoiler
