When I first got my NC soft top every time I opened the roof it would fold perfectly first time.

Now some 18 months later when I first open the roof it only folds half way. If I close it most of the way and then release to open it folds easily all the home.

Is this happening to anybody else? Is there a cause and/or a solution??

mine only does that on cold mornings.. it prolly folds doen about 3/4 of the way..the just slowly folds right down after a few mins

perfectly normal.. just let the soft top warm up in the sun.. or when you are taking the soft top off, stand behind the car and tuck the bits of soft top where it ought to fold (usually the bit above the rear windscreen).
