Hey guys,
I have a couple of Sparco Sprint Vs that I'm trying to fit into my NA race car.
I've only ever fitted one to the drivers side before and from memory it was a simple procedure of drilling an extra hole in each rail and slotting it slightly to get the rails in the right spot.
This time round however it seems as though I can't get enough adjustment in the rails so the bolt holes won't line up with the ones in the car. I haven't tried the passengers side yet, but from the measurments I've taken it looks as though it could be worse.
For those that have fitted them before have you been able to get the original rails to bolt on or have you used adapter plates or side mounted adapters of some sort?
Paul.

Mounting Sparco SprintVs?
Hey Paul,
The std rails should line up on the drivers side, you may have to use allen head bolts to get the clearance for the slides, and don't tighten up until every thing is mounted. I think I had to slightly slot the new holes,
now the passenger side is a lesson on how to swear, I made up steel 5 mm cross over plates, counter sunk holes to mount to the seat and then fitted std rails, a real PITA.
