touch up & buff, depending on how deep and how wide the scratches are.
or if its light, a buff would do the trick.

The factory Mazda paint is great. I bought some when I last did an order from MX5parts. It comes in two bottles: 1 for the colour and another which is clear coat/laquer. However, be careful when using the stuff to not spread it on too thick, otherwise it'll come out looking even iffier than before.
