I've had a hunt around but can't seem to find the info I'm after. I nned to remove the rubber trim on the outside of the door under the drivers side window to do a minor repair. I don't want to wreck all the clips etc trying to do this. Also does the quarter window have to come out first?

Can someone please give me a few pointers on the procedure to get this seal off.

if your gona remove it buy a new one to replace it
its not easy to remove
once the strip is bent good luck making it sit back nice and neat
there approx $60 each at the spare parts counter
