Calling all users of the TB roll-bar from MX5Plus:

Has your car's handling changed? If so, is it inducing under or oversteer?

I've been too much of a wuss to find out

All I know is it settles the car alot better whilst cornering.

Oversteer because I'm braver. If I want understeer, I drive my Moke!

The only difference I have noticed is that the car feels more stable on the road because of reduced body flex as a result of the roll bar. My assumption then being that because the car isn't flexing as much, the wheel alignment and spring and shock settings are behaving in a more pro active way, as the wheel aligner intended. Perhaps the roll bar helps to highlight the suspension settings sooner, and so if your wheel alignment or spring/shock settings are tending towards o'steer, you will now see or feel more of that and vice versa for u'steer.

That's my theory, and I'm sticking to it!

I don't have one as yet but on talking to Pasn8 the other day he did mention that his car is alot more tail happy now that he installed his.
