it appears that the lip spoiler is offered as an option in Canada so if you want one bad enough then email a Canadian Mazda dealer and get it posted over or ask your dealer if they will organise it to be done, just don't expect it to be cheap

Since you're referring to it as a hardtop, I'm assuming you have the Roadster Coupe ...

... why not just leave the hard deck cover partially raised - open position, just before the roof starts to rise (as opposed to fully closed)? This can then act as a mid-mount deck spoiler. Just kidding.
