Where abouts is it wet ben?

In the front section around the fuel tank or near the tail lights? or is it literally pooling in the middle well?

There are a few metal cover panels on the soft top parcel shelf that drop into the boot next to the fuel tank, is it wet inside there... because if your rain rail is shot it could potentially leak in from there. A long shot but maybe worth checking...

As luke said, check the rain rail out. See the previous post on that very subject.

You might like to check the soft top drains near the seatbelt towers too. If they clog up water can overflow into the boot. If they are blocked you might want to check under the carpet inside the car for dampness too.

I had an issue with water getting in via the antenna connection to the side of the boot. Water was leaking in and forming a pretty little puddle.

Sealed it up heh. Probably not your issue though .. water being in the middle and all :S

yea.....never thought of the antenna. I know one of my tail light seals is shagged. can you get those seals separately?

My tail light seals were shagged. I improvised and used bathroom silicon. No more problems.

I had this issue too on the Luce. New tail light seals for $20ea from Mazda and it was solved.
