Anyone got any tips on how to get this mofo off?
I bought a steering wheel puller, but all it did was bend the frame that connects the steering wheel to the hub
And before anyone asks the obvious, yes I did loosen the big nut in the centre of the hub. Are there any other screws/bolts holding the sucker on?

Secure the steering wheel back on. Sit up close to the wheel, tuck your knees up behind the wheel and use your knees and fists from behind to loosen it. Make sure the centre nut is removed !

Put the gear puller around the back of the bossnot the metal frame part
ie you will have to take the shroud off the column to get the claws behind it
and then do it as per usual
leave the nut on a few turns for good measure!

DO NOT under
ANY circumstances remove the nut entirely until the boss is loose.
Keep it done up a few turns, and this will stop the wheel from removing your front teeth when it does eventually let go.
