There was a guy on here selling leatherette (a type of vinyl) on here not too long ago. Do a search for it and you should be able to find some details.

Just do what I did, go looking for good quality lambswool seat covers for about $250.00 and come home with these autotecnica targo SP20R
Easy!!

And that's what really matters
I should talk ... I have Marvin the Martian ones in my other car
But seriously, I've toyed with putting seat covers on, but I think none but an absolute custom made one will fit properly because of the 'chunkyness' of the side-bolters.
If you want to preserve your seats, why not just buy a throw-over style cover cause then you can whip it on and off with ease.

Had a pair of Kmart covers in the NB that fitted perfectly after my mum tapered the headrest ends... you need scissors, sewing machine and a mum.
Much more difficult with the NC because of the side airbags. Im thinking of getting a couple of black towels, and putting a loop of elastic on one end, so they hang from the headrest. Just for occasions like driving home after a run or a game of squash.
