Hi guys, want to clean some stubborn black spots off my NB rims.

I use windex glass cleaner and a soft bristle brush(DO NOT USE ON CHROME WHEELS) then wash with warm soapy water....

If the black spots are tar, a little bit of metho on a rag will do the trick.
If its brake dust, that is harder to shift.

You can also try kero mixed with about 70% water.

Kero is also great for washing your car.
Just a few tablespoons in a bucket of water and you'll be amazed at how clean it gets your car, and doesn't take off the wax either.

Wash your car in your normal detergent/car wash liquid, then before drying, put some kero into a bucket of clean water and go over the car again with a sponge.
Within minutes, your sponge and your water will be black from all the dirt the kero has taken off which your detergent won't.
