Hey guys,
The mail man was nice enough to drop off my new Momo Prototipo earlier today. The install was very easy, taking off the old wheel/hub was the hard part. It would not budge not matter what i tried, so I borrowed my dads wheel puller which did the job with no worries
(nearly got hit in the face by a flying boss, but it did do the job).
I love the matching shifter/brake boots in black leather with white stitching, it just finishes it all off.
Hope you all like.
Pics.

Cheers
Ryan

That looks awesome Ryan
Well done! It really sets of your interior nicely. Great stuff!
What boss did you use?
Oh, and I notice that you still haven't cleaned up the garage.
Do I need to have another word with your parents??

Very jealous...
I want one too! but in black... I might have to steal yours and attack it with a can of spray

(Mr. Green with Envy)
And gosh guys... A mans room, and garage is supposed to be a mess. It's how we mark our territory!
people complain too much if we do it any other way

PS On a serious note... what steering wheel boss did you use? The original Nardi one doesn't fit I take it?

The Nardi one dosent fit the Momo Wheel, I used an autotechnica Boss that has holes for both types of wheels. Went on no worries.
Maybe i'm a bit overly cautious but wouldn't the expose metal of the steering wheel possibly take out your face in a head on?
The old Nardi was the same except for a plastic cover. Im pretty sure it would cause the same damage, as the plastic has pretty much no give.

What boots are they? I'd like some new ones and they look good, pity my Prototipo doesnt have the white stitching though

Think I need the Voodoo, jap cluster and trim rings aswell. And the guages and starter. And less dust, mine has way too much dust in the interior lol

Remember the first rule when taking off your steering wheel boss, NEVER, NEVER, EVER take off the nut all the way, until you've loosened the boss.
Always leave it on a few turns, then when you finally get it to come off, it won't hit you in the face.
I know people that have lost their front teeth by not heeding this advice, so keep it in the back of your mind.
