with a normal screw with a mudflap washer on it
speed clips are hard to describe but if you go to a good nut and bolt place the will know what they are
they just slide onto the sheet metal
I know where some are to describe to you but you would have to pull half the car apart to find them!
word of warning the factory ones are a good investment if for some reason your wheel does touch the screw it wont rip out like the factory ones
they will do considerable damage to your fender.
that said the speed clips are alot easier to use!
