Yeah I hear ya. Almost all mine are broken cause of me trying to pull them off. Don't know if there is a technique or something to doing it I just pull hard and hope for the best! Anyone else got any tips for spitty?

If they are the plugs that I'm thinking about, you should be able to lever the centre \"pin\" out with a small fall bladed screwdriver and this should release the plug.

they'll never push in properly again once you pull them out, just get new ones mate

the piece's you are refering to are called Christmas tree's!
appropriate for the time of year!
If you got to autobarn or your local parts shop they will have them in a box all different sizes etc and cost about 50 cents each
when you find a place that has them buy a feew and keep them for next time as you never know when you will need them
proper removal so they can be reused
two flat screwdrivers crossed over each other then each placed oposite under the head and lever up
or....
If you are always removing the things there is a specific tool that snap-on make to remove the puppies
and I sh!t you not it is worth the money! havn't broken one since!

Are you able to quote the Snap On part number for the tool
It is usually stamped somewhere on the tool handle.

A strong stiff kitchen fork works just as well.

They must be stiffer in NA's or something? The ones in both my NB's are a simple matter of just using my finger nail under the centre thingo, lifting it up a bit, then using the other hand to grab and pull...
