Hi All
Saw this pic in another thread and my car has the same problem. Is there a procedure to raise them up to the bonnet level?

Yep, sure is GP,

Raise the lights using the centre console switch.
Remove the black plastic surround from the lights.
You will now find 4 philips-head screws that attach the light cover to the rest of the light structure.
Loosen these just enough so's you can move the cover up and down.
Now lower the lights and use a suitable tool to adjust the heights. I used a piece of coathanger wire that I'd bent the end over to make a 5mm lip, but you could use just about anything that comes to hand.
When satisfied, raise the lamps, tighten the screws and replace the plastic covers.

I had a bit of trouble with mine as some moron had had a go at it in the past and damaged 2 of the screws (grr!). I had to use an angle grinder to take the heads off the screws and then replace them. I used stainless M5 allen-headed socket screws to replace the old ones.

the easy method - just pull the bugger upwards but it might damage something so do it at your own risk.

the proper method - unscrew 4 screws on each side of the black plastic cover and 4 screws that hold the cover will be exposed. undo them, adjust, redo them and all done.

easy.

Just pop the bonnet and gently pull them back up. They will go down again with time, depending on how often and how vigorously you wash your bonnet.
