I guess what it boils down to is asking what the dealership can do. If you ask the right way, i'm sure the dealership would be more than accomadating. For the record, in the U.K when the NA's were available there was about 9 different interior combo's down to conolly leather available. Most d'ships have a retrimmer that could show you samples of what can be done, there 1 or 2 NC's floating around that have had personalised interiors on the forum here.

VZ always baits the hook and throws out the line, OK I'll bite.

With any make of car on the market you can always have leather fitted in ANY colour you want. Just have the dealer drop it round to the trimmer before you pick it up and it's done.

In the NC's case it is a cheaper option than having the factory black or tan.

Instead of buying a taxi, get a new MX-5 and save in petrol and get less depreciation. Then you can afford to pay a trimmer to etch an image of Peter Brock in Italian Leather in VB green if you want, or trim it to match your ugg boots.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
