The coat hanger is the best way - just wrap some tape or something around the end so it's not sharp.
I wouldn't have thought an NC would need cleaning out already - where are you parking?

Like MrQ I'm wondering where you are parking as it usually takes a while for enough leaf-type fragments to build up & block the drain holes. Parking near trees with tiny leaves is best avoided as they end up in everything - air vents, doors, under bonnet. As suggested, coathanger/insulated wire is a suitable instrument for clearing drain holes.

You have to work out if it is the floor at the passenger side footwell or back behind the seat...if the drain holes for the soft top are blocked the water comes down behind the seat...if it is at the footwell it's probably the A/C drain pipe...assuming everything is the same on a NC as on a NA/NB...

Don't take it to service. They'll take note of water damage and probably void crap in the future. Best to do a DIY on the clearing out and leave the car in the sun for an hour with the roof off to dry it out.
