when the car's idle, it rattles a little bit.

How do I go about tightening it? I see there are 2 bolts on either side of the support arm but they don't seem to budge at all...

Thanks

There's another nut further down under the latch. There's not a lot of adjustment there but there should be enough. If not you can try packing up the rubber stoppers.

I used to have the same problem and tried to adjust both the hinges and the latch with no luck.. i didnt like the idea of having rubber stoppers there all the time and actually found that my hinges were worn as well and had a lot of play in them, so i replaced the hinges.. like $30ea brand new... ( not a quick job mind you.. all the front panels must come off) and took my bonnet off and put some weld on the latch to build it up because after many ks the catch had worn a 3mm groove into the bonnet latch..

so it might be worth just checkin those for play too..

i hate rattles!... and after that no problemoes! its like a new bonnet.. :D
