SE Lip Kit to go onto SP's?

Postby mlv11n » Wed Aug 09, 2006 5:21 pm

Does anybody know the diff's with SE's and SP's body? Will the front and rear lip, including the sideskirt of an SE fit straight onto an SP??

Yes they will. Exactly the same body with a body kit. 8)

Don't forget to post some pics. The SE kit is hot.

Nope, exactly the same. The only difference is the body kit. :)

Might have a little trouble fitting SE sideskirts though... it doesn't have any...

have a look at these photos of the Mania SP Clone at Eastern Creek on Sunday. Not sure what the kit is from but I love the contrast look!

Oh yeah thats right! I called Mazda earlier and they did tell me that but yeah the guy told me they had sideskirts for SP's / SE's... these were the quotes the guy gave me (along with part numbers):

Front Lip: N115519K0A09 : $235
Rear: N11551980C09: $685
Sideskirt: N053V4910HPT: $470

hmmm...

I was at mania on saturday (after the dyno day), and its an SE kit apparently. Standard mania. They are going for the black with silver highlight color theme
Current: Red 04 SE (Slightly modified) - 133rwkw@7psi - Winner of the Mania Dyno Day 2008
Previous: Titanium 04 SE (Standard)
White 94 NA (Severely Modified) - 180rwkw - Runner up at the Mania Dyno Day 2007
