NC - Side indicator removal?

Hi guys,

I just got myself a set of clear side indicators for my NC.

But I'm having a bit of trouble removing the original indicators. The instructions in the manual aren't quite clear.

Any hints/tips to remove the indicators?

I've also got the side indicator garnishes installed (http://www.mazda.com.au/images/properti ... _large.jpg).

Will that be any problem in terms of removing the indicators? Or will I have to remove the garnish as well?

I think you might need to take the garnish off.

There is a small cutout in the rear of the indicator. You just need to insert something thing in there to release the clip then lift the indicator off from the rear. There is a small locating tang at the front.

i'll look into this.. not sure how i'm going to remove the garnish.. still trying to find out whether it's been 'glued' to the car, or it's actually attached to the indicator

if it's glue, a fair bit of trouble if u need to change the indicator bulbs!
