Love the fitting instructions Astro! The art of fitting the knob is to align your chi with the universe - when fitting new gearknobs I favour the 'Big Dork With Handle Churning Butter' movement personally

Personally I think your knob sticks up too much.

Cheers

hahahah yeh i take that as a compliment.... ;)

yeh i think it does too.. i tried fitting it without the spacer but the fake leather "round ring" bit at the top gets in the way to fit it any lower. I'll need a new one with an bigger "round ring" bit so i can push it down further.

I use to have a Razo that looked like those ball voodoo ones. I still miss the round knob i use to have though... cold and hard in the mornings but after a good hard drive its all nice and warm.

More importantly it comes with the vital 6 speed pattern sticker thingy for the top of the knob - did it stick on top or go in from underneath. I'm asking because nearly all us SP owners are missing the stickers on top of our knobs, and maybe this could be a source??

*I just hope Bevan/Craig/Maxwolfie/AJ/Okibi/Kijima/etc aren't following this thread - I've just given them a walk up start for a lot of one-liners*

Does the sticker read: "Point away from face and fire?"

You can tell Astro is from South Australia
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Nice Touch Okibi...

What is it with your photochop handiwork and members' gear knobs?
