Isn't there a plastic cover over that metal part normally...my old Nardi did on the '94

Yeah the cars (both AUDM and JDM) came with a triangular rubber piece that covers the metal (and the pretty logo/horn button underneath it). The wheel has a very 80's vibe with the cover on.

Most owners however take that piece off, and that's probably the way it was sold to you. I still have mine. 8)

perhaps buy a used cover from somewhere & keep it in the boot. if a coppa is about to defect you for it quickly get it out & instant undefectable :mrgreen:

hmm ive also got a MOMO steering wheel on our Eunos NA6, except ours is a 95' Model with SRS Airbag....
Dont know why they put an airbag steering wheel in... (and no its not connected)(and yes the bag is still inside ready to be blown).
Its really is a nice wheel to drive with though, very comfortable!!!
