The whole that allow the water to drain are actually inside the car. You need to have the roof put up.

Behind where the seat belt bolts onto, behind the driver and passenger outer shoulders, is a hollow cavitity about 15cm long and 10cm wide. Feel around in there and you will eventually find the hole (no pun intented :oops: ).

Get a coathanger and thin it out and shove it down there. Should clear things out! :)

the drain pipes exit either side underneath toward the rear of the vehicle (just in front of the rear wheels from memory). i find a long piece of garden hose or similar unblocks the pipes as the sides sometimes stick together, & along with the flap cause the pipes to block. it's also useful after unblocking the worst to flush from above with a little water.

Vacuum cleaner works well also to suck the rubbish out or alternatively blow it out.
