Removing the Stock Slider Knobs on AC Panel - NA Model

Hi Guys,
Ive just bought some chrome slider knobs on from MX5 Parts UK:
I can see how easy it will be to get rid of the top two knobs, but it is the bottom one which will give me the most grief as there isnt enough room to stick in the Allen key to unscrew the bottom stock slider knob.
Any suggestions aside from resizing the allen key provided?
