you get use to removing the bumper.

since the very first day i had the car ive been ripping it off and putting it back on.

I take off the front bumper, rear bumper, boot lid and bevel panel in about 40 minutes including lights. :)

just goes to show differences in build quality..........the new 300C Chrysler has exactly 6 small nut & bolts holding that bloody great nosecone on  .........i've had a close look underneath those things & would NOT recommend anyone buy one for a family car..............very poorly built IMHO

My NB8B needs a respray for the nosecone (and bonnet), and I was thinking of removing it myself to ensure a good job.

How hard is it going to be, and can anyone share some pointers, pls?

Not that hard, I've done it. A bit awkward though, much easier with 2 people.

you'll be fine doing it yourself..

just don't loose the screws... I had a magnet to hold them altogether in one place... :)

Wow, really? I took my front bar off when fitting my intercooler - it couldn't have taken more than 20mins to do. The bolts are sometimes difficult to locate though!
