Have you tried Dick at the MX-5 Factory (also known as Oven Baked Enamel) in Ringwood? He offers discounts to Club Members and does a fantastic job.

I also recently used Parkes Body Works in Richmond. They offer a lifetime warranty on the work and are a good bunch to deal with.
