k just spent an hour in the car park swearing after deciding to replace all my bulbs on the car with led i did the dash the flashers the brakes and the rear tail lights now after putting em all in doing up the panels and expecting em to work straight off , yeah right. i found that the little bits of wire for the spade type bulbs need to be spread out from the centre of the plastic spade on the led replacement so they contact properly and they are directional (positive has to go to one side on the glass you put em in either way) other than that they work a treat , come in cool colours (for the dash bits anyway) and seem to be much less load on the engine since when i had my old flashers going with the lights on i could hear the load up a bit now i get nothing and they seem to flash brighter and faster (either they are on or off no glow in between) , i got all my bulbs from autobarn , but the bulbs are from haigh australia so hunt em down that way if u want to.

now for that moss dual headlight kit i want :) with halogen high beam

i replaced my rear indicators with leds, made them with a pcb kit from jaycar, took about 15 minutes to make each one. they're heaps brighter & they flash faster coz there's no load on the flasher relay. sometime soon i'll get around to doing the rest of the globes.
