NC front lip and tail lights suggestions

all modern cars have the same requirement for lighting. the appearance of an unlit lamp is not the issue but what happens when it is functioning is. If you turn it flashes amber if you stop red etc. Plenty of vehicles have clear side markers but they flash amber when functioning. If a rear combination lamp has a film over it and affects the function it will not be legal. Technically the rear combo lamp was tested to an ADR.
