Yeah throttle cable seems a bit difficult.

Oh by the way, maybe not a good idea telling everyone how to spell mascara :P

I really dont see how two paper thin, 3 gram eyelids could make a difference. Honestly they just make your cross eyed 8a look a lot more agressive!

I agree, but so is FFG but we put up with him and his Ol Smokey

Yakob,
nothing difficult about the throttle cable, should only take 5 minutes if your car is in good condition.

The NA really does lend itself to cheap mods. Woollies is good - their fridge thermometer is a perfect fit for instrument rings at $5 each. The tea strainer ring fits the heater fan dial to brighten up the dash - $5. Target have a set of herb conatiners in stainless which fitted my Volks as centre caps. To make clear indicators I replaced the orange lense with round blinker trailer lenses cut down and glued in. Unfortuneatly these were of cheap plastic and went opaque after a while. Scavenged grill from revolve - old heater vent polished up. Made up clear side indicators from old flourescent light tube covers mounted on plywood with aluminium paper between. This is non reflective so conforms with regs. SS thermos flask from GoLo makes a good CAI tube which fits on a cone filter and the other end reduces to go thru the firewall...and the list goes on.
NB SE, NA 1.8.

Am I the only one that has just realised that crzymx is yakob?

Sorry, not my intention to hijack the thread
Normal service may resume - apologies again.

I think other people worked it out straight away

a few of the other blokes will give this a go. I reckon I'd be
keen to try plugging my badge holes if I wasn't putting them
on again. My only question is are you using the silicon stuff,
bastard of a thing to try and sand down I'd have thought?

Damn! I forgot to mention the best one of the lot.

Disconnecting the door warning bell which means that the damn thing stops beeping at you if you have your keys in the ignition and the door open. Disconnecting this bell does not stop the seat belt warning bell, nor the parkers still on warning bell.

It's a white plug with two wires that sits in the wiring underneat the steering column. It's close to another big block of plugs. It's kinda tricky to find or explain without pictures though, but literally a 1 minute mod that is priceless.
