Was worried about breaking 22 year old door card that’s all :P I figured it out though, ended up using a paint scraper to help spread the load around the clip in the door cards and they popped out with very little effort. I purchased some silicon spray lube and just drenched everything I could reach. I found that the roller at the top of the window where the cable rests on was pretty cruddy, loosened that up a bit and the window works much better now. It’s not perfect, it still slows down a little toward the bottom, but it’s better than stopping half way down! Thanks for the help!
