It might be a long shot, but take it to Prestige Auto Dent in Artarmon. My NC R/C got 7 small to medium dents in it in a bunnings car park about 4 weeks ago. Prestige got them all out, without a trace - $350. Done in a single day. Judging by some of the other cars they had in there (A4s, Alfas, an M3, several other BMW's) they're not unfamiliar with fussy owners (like me :) ).

I was very impressed with the service, and the pictures you posted don't look as some of the cars they were fixing.
