The seals are replaceable but quite expensive to buy from Mazda. They are also adjustable. If you remove the rubber seal from the silver tracks that hold them in place you will see that each track is held on by 2 screws. With a bit of fiddling around I managed to stop my NA from leaking by adjusting the way the seals fit against the window by moving the tracks around. Over time the seals shink a bit so replacing the seals is propably the best option. The NB seals are a much better design but I'm not sure if they are interchangable with the NA roof frame.
