Here is an interesting pic of the engine bay I noticed - looks like she has a quad throttle setup...

And a pic of the interior, with a tacho that any Aussie VL owner would be proud of!

If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

That looks hot! Both the car and the girl :P

Any idea who makes those rims? Still looking for some deep dish rims.

Rims are made by www.rs-watanabe.co.jp

Stock type offsets aren't that difficult to source second hamd, but the dished offsets are rare-as over here in Oz.

Thanks Babalouie, had a feeling they were Watanabes. which is why I like them. Never realised they had deep dish versions of it.

They don't offer such a huge range of offsets in the MX5 stud pattern anymore, but they are happy to make a custom offset if you are patient and have really, really deep pockets :)

Here's their off the shelf sizes for MX5:

For NA/NB
F/R F8FS14-65 +30
F/R F8FS14-60 +35
F/R B 14-60 +21
F/R F8FS15-65 +35
F/R F8FS16-70 +35
F/R F8FS15-70 +36
F/R F8 16-70 +30
F/R F8FS14-65 +35
F/R F8FS14-60 +35
F/R F8FS15-65 +35
F/R F8FS15-65 +35
F/R F8FS16-70 +27 .

For NC F/R:F8F16-65 +40

As you can see they really don't offer the wild +15, +10 offsets unless they are special order.
