Hi Amanda, is that the 'black textured' voodoo? Looks like what I'd be after, but no pics of em on mania's website.... Thanks :)

Hi nmx516 - yes its the black textured voodoo. with time and use the textured appearance does wear down a bit but I wouldnt let that stop me buying one. I love my voodoo they really do transform the shifting experience!! I bought mine used from Mania for $40 I think it was... a new one is not much more anyway. I say go for it... with the matching handbrake grip they looks the goods... make sure you ask for the trim ring too, it breaks up the black between shift boot and knob - there's a tiny gap if you dont get it.

cheers

Looking good Amanda.

Nice to see you have fitted the bar and added a few blings to your car.

Show us more pics of the car from a distance. :D

If only it was for a NB :(

Where'd you get it from, if I may ask? Maybe they do NB ones too.

I brought it in from America, and they do NB's as welland in RH drive

Chris Hoskin in the Vic Club has the woodgrain version in his NB and it looks great. similiar to the one at the start of the post.

I will check out the details for the supplier..Edit(EXPRESSDASH)On US Ebay;search;Parts and accessories; mx5 dash

However they have an agent in England who uses Ebay and has my NA as his promo photo. They cost more to buy in the Uk but less to post!!

Go to Ebay UK and look under Mx5 dash.

Ahh, it's one of those ones. Alright, no worries. I know where to look to find them.

I think I might keep on the hunt for a little bit longer to try and find an OEM brushed silver type trim though. May as well, considering I'm getting used to the black, and it's only gonna save me money if I don't buy it soon :P

This is not necessary if you buy some of Benny's Boots, and attach the boot on top of the OEM one. That way you get a really nice look and the gap is removed :D :D

The perfect combination for me VOODOO/ VOODOO/ BENNY /MILO
