I'm going to make up a \"how to\" guide when I get time.

You can just bolt a DIY metal licence plate bracket to the \"tie down hook\".
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.

Could be a sticky relay to the fuel pump, a coil pack issue, a problem inside the switch mechanism.

It's hard to say from here.

Plugs are all fine?
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
