Bigdog,

I run the Sparco Pro 2000 in my Race car and have also fitted it to my road SP when helmet required.

The Pro 2000 fits my big arse current weight 108Kg.

The trick to mounting these types of seats with the wings is to offset the rear of the seat about one inch to wards the inside of the car. You don't notice it when sitting in the car infact it makes your legs point straight at the pedals.

In the Road SP I use RPM mounts and mount them straight onto the MX5 sliding rails. I have a second set of old NA rails I use for this purpose.

You are most welcome to have a fitting in my car.

Cheers

Brian

Thanks Brian. As I'm not rushing into this upgrade I'll take you up on the offer - might take the time to come and watch you race and have a test-sit at the same time (you may not get me out of it though 8)). When is your next Sydney round?

Next Sydney Round is on 17-18 June at Oran Park.

Alternatively if you are ever in the Sutherland Shire, CT and I live about 3 km apart.

Cheers

Does it fit all the way back?

Us taller people need the seat to go as far back and as low as possible.
If you had access to a car like this, would you take it back right away? Neither would I.
