Replacing front metal crash bumper bar structure

I'm not sure what this piece is actually called:

It's behind the front bar/nose cone and is the metal crash/bumper bar that has a black plastic bumper fitted to it.

Are they easily replaced? Looks to be welded in place with a bolted on front cap on each side. If so, are NA and NB ones interchangeable?

Mine has a bit of a bend/dent in it. A previous owner must of had a minor front ender previously. Thought if it's not a huge amount of extra hassle I can get it sorted while having the car resprayed.

If you getting the car repainted then ask the painter and panel shop before proceeding.

It might be easier if it gets pulled back out (chain, heat and big hammers).
