This. Urgently.
Have a good look at the wiring/connectors/ECU box while you are there. If they look wet/have been wet, it might be worth pulling the ECU out, opening it up and checking it for water entry, maybe hitting it with a PCB-safe water dispersant spray, if such a thing exists. Ditto wiring.
I have never done this, don't know if it is possible, or even a good idea, but I do know that water in your ECU/wiring is a thoroughly bad thing. While replacement ECUs are available from the wreckers, it is the immobiliser that is the problem - the ECU needs to talk to the immobiliser, the immobiliser needs to talk to the ignition key via the reader in the switch, so the last thing you want is to have to get that happening with a new ECU - it's doable, but a lot of stuffing around. I have recently been on the sidelines of a couple of cars with these issues, it was not a trivial exercise to get them working. Similarly, I would not want to have to pull the dash to put a new loom in.
Unless you have had water sloshing around in the passenger footwell, you will probably be ok. But I would check. Then I would get a hose clamp on the a/c drain, and clean out the rain rail drains as well

, they are the other source of water in the cabin.
