Hi guys
So I've had my nb8a about 3 weeks now. When I first got it, the drivers side window went up and down fine. However, now when i press the button to wind it down it goes down fine for about a third of the way. It's been doing that for about a week now but the first few days i could put my right elbow against the driver window and apply pressure to the 'east' of the car and it would go down. Now it doesn't want to go down any further. any ideas?

Think you're going to have to pop the door trim and see what's going on there. Could be something preventing the glass from going down further or something in the tracks or even a bung cable.
Guess you could try spraying WD40 down the tracks before popping the trim and see what that does.

Re: Window won't wind down all the way
Could be a few things, but all will require the door trim to be removed.
1. Cable snapped (possible)
2. Out of alignment (likely)
3. Electrical contacts (unlikely but worth cleaning)
4. Window guide roller stuffed (good possibility)

Its also possible, if there are aftermarket speakers or additional wiring inside the door that the wiring has moved in the path of the door glass and the glass is being hooked onto it on its travel down.
