after a legal battle from cat damage my car is gtng painted

The neighbours have moved out fortunately, so no more cat problems. The car is under a carport in a three townhouse block and in the five years ive been here ive never had any probs with cats ever. What happened was they were lovely people but as the wife was pregnant she was weary of putting cat remedies around the car. They were looking to buy a house as they were renting and they asked me to wait till they bought a house. They said they would pay for the car to be cut and polished when they left, but i knew the scratches were deeper. This problem had been going on for nearly a year and we tried many different things like putting lavendar around the car, but in the end i gave up and just waited till they moved out all along watching this cat take the piss out of my car. When various panel beaters said a cut an polish wouldn't do it that it needed to be resprayed the neighbours said thy wouldnt pay for it. So the battle began, lucky i had lots of pics and video footage.
