Kill many birds with one stone.
Use U-POL RAPTOR.
Stone resistant, corrosion resistant, waterproof, flexible.
Other main point on this one regarding colour... IT'S TINTABLE!
So you can tint it to the colour of your car, plus have all the added benefit of it being more scratch resistant etc. Really good stuff. Used often on hot rods, boats etc.

Thanks guys, will have a look at those but for now it looks like Kill Rust is the simplest, most cost effective option.
