Window guide dimensions

G'day Guys,

I had the doors apart last week to fix an intermittent speaker and found a big piece of the window guide in the bottom of the drivers door.
I'm not sure weather it is part of the current guide or a bit left from a previous repair and I don't want to disturb anything to find out until I have a spare in my hand...

So, my question is. Does anybody produce these in Australia? I have found the Miata.net kits and the ebay guy but I cant see the point in paying double for postage...

Or can anybody give me the dimensions of a window guide they have lying around and I'll get some spun up.
