Squeaky NC hardtop

Yes it squeaks. 2006 NC roadster.

Any suggestiions welcome.

Ron the NC Hardtops had a slight design change as the model evolved.

They updated the spigots ( the 2 locator pins that fit into the windscreen header ) around 09/10 ?.

Easy fix is to use some velcro buttons on the spigots where they fit into the female sockets into the windscreen header.

Proper fix is to update spigots and realign the roof. ( part numbers are available on the big forum )

Roof should only up when parked or heavy rain anyways.... :lol:

I have a Vasaline lip stick (zero additive) in the console, wipe the spigots and apply lightly.
