Hey,
I'v been eyeing off these fenders from Jetstream and just want peoples opinions as to their set-up.
The fenders can be found here: (third item down: NB lightweight aero front fender 01)
http://www.jetstream.co.jp/page%20car/n ... opart.html
and here:

Not after opinions on their look (as I know everyone has different tastes) but more on their practicality.
Seeing how far they cut back in, or expose the tire tread, what is the likelihood im going to ping myself in the head with a rock lol??
Or just be a massive rooster tail of water in the rain/wet roads?
Also I believe from a legality point of view it would be pushing the boundries:
ADR: "The vehicle must be provided with wheel guards (parts of the bodywork, mudguards, etc) which must be so designed as to protect other road users, as far as practicable, against thrown-up stones, mud, ice, snow and water and to reduce for those users the dangers due to contact with the moving wheels."
"the rear of the wheel guards must not terminate above a horizontal plane 150 mm above the axis of rotation of the wheels (as measured at the wheel centres) and furthermore the intersection of the edge of the wheel guard with this plane (point A, Figure 1) must lie outside the median longitudinal plane of the tyre;"
On the plus side they look to bolt straight up to the factory body work and don't require sideskirts to hide the joins or make it flow.
Thoughts??

Re: Jetstream NB Fenders
Really enjoyed the er Doorknob Carver from Jetstream. The fenders are crap.
It is a known fact that 50% of people are of less than average intelligence
