Looking for replacement soft top [VIC]

Is there some sort of recommended brand or type of soft top to replace my old one, what are the general opinions of ebay ones compared to GAHH, Robbins, Sierra and Kee?

Being located in Victoria, do any members know of a place to get the top installed?

I would prefer a replacement with a glass window, but I have no idea which ones will clear a Brown Davis roll bar.

The soft top is for a 1990 NA6.

G'day Peter,

The first thing we need to clarify is what type of Brown Davis roll bar you have, i.e. a NA or an NB style. Both types will fit on your NA6, however the NA style is not compatible with a glass window soft top.

If you are not sure what type of roll bar you have then you can post a picture and we should be able tell from that.

As for someone to fit it.... the MX-5 Factory in Ringwood can help, or a Auto Trimmer such as Blackmans can do it.

Here is another thread with a photo that provides direct photo comparison of both the NA type and the NB type.

Notice how the diagonal bar attaches to the front lower support. This allows room for a glass window soft top to fold down without interrefence from the roll bar.
