That is the stock standard MX5 SE rear lip spoiler (or as it's known in the US - Miata Mazdaspeed).
I had one fitted to my NB8B. You can get them pre-painted to match the factory colour of your car directly from a Mazda dealer (which is how I got mine). Though they can be pricey now (ie. they were approx $700+ last time I checked).

*cough* i can't help but think (a certain) someone is going to chime in and say that the revised SE NB bar (front or back) cant be installed on a standard NB because it doesn't warrant the aerodynamic changes that Mazda would have spend much time and many dollars in R&D, that Mazda already got it right with the first NB design.
do it, be a rebel, sign a different name on the freight delivery receipt and let us know where you end up getting it from etc..
